Cancellation Policy Any changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, your order may already be in the processing phase, and changes or cancellations may not be possible. If your order is canceled within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items We carefully package our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your product arrives damaged, we consider it defective if the product itself is broken or faulty. Damage to packaging (such as dented boxes) is not considered product damage if the item inside remains in good condition.
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing info@lumaize.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess the situation and determine if you are eligible for a replacement at no cost. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse will not be refunded or replaced.
Shipping and Delivery We aim to deliver your order in a timely manner but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or other shipping-related issues beyond our control. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. If an incorrect address is submitted and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
